Position Description:
The Chief Diversity Officer is responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans and initiatives related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion that enhance the competitive position and company culture for Rocket Companies. They utilize relevant data and market trends to create a DEI strategy focused on the strategic pillars of talent, culture, marketplace and communities they serve. They serve as a thought leader and collaborator with business partners and executives across the organization.
