You will receive a confirmation email upon registration with a receipt of payment and details for the next steps to take in planning your trip. Can I arrive at Sea Island prior to the start of the Leadership Retreat?

Yes, but you must make arrangements to extend your stay by contacting the resort directly. Your Leadership Retreat Package includes accommodations from January 17th to January 19th only.

How do I extend my stay using the group room rate?

The group room rate will be offered three (3) days prior and three (3) days post of the Event dates, subject to availability.

What is the weather in Sea Island during January?

What happens if the event is canceled, or I can’t make it?

In the case of a COVID-19 related cancellation, Yardstick Management guarantees attendance approval for the next institute retreat. Registrants will receive a notification of cancellation via the institute@yardstickmanagement.com email with instructions on how to proceed.
