This Summer, the Yardstick Management Institute is embarking on a journey with our speakers and attendees, as we travel to St. Martin, French West Indies. With its breathtaking beaches, picturesque views, burgeoning food scene, and population of 120 nationalities, St. Martin is often referred to as the “Friendly Island” and “Culinary Capital of the Caribbean.” Its rich history, multicultural landscape, and natural beauty make St. Martin the perfect location for Executive Leaders to share, discuss, collaborate, and reflect on topics related to this Summer’s theme – The Great Rebalancing: Achieving Stability • Sustaining Change • Leveraging Resiliency.

The Yardstick Management Institute team has curated an Executive Leadership Retreat that is enlightening, restorative, and welcomes diversity of thought and being. Speakers and attendees will delve deep into critical business priority areas, such as workforce issues, technological innovation, investing in long-term resilience strategies, global supply and demand, climate change, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Throughout the retreat, attendees will also have time to embrace a tropical state of mind through exploring the island and relaxing in the island breeze. By bringing together dynamic speakers and extraordinary thought leaders in paradise, we create a unique leadership experience that is undeniably one of a kind; it is the Yardstick Management Institute.

“What you’re doing, how you’re helping companies address the issue of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion – it’s critical to the future of our culture, critical to the success of our company.”
-Carole Browne, Head of Asset Management Group at PNC Financial Services Group
“The experience has been really insightful and also challenged my own thinking and opportunities. I have to go back to my organization and my leadership to talk about how we think through various initiatives and programs we are doing.”
-Naphtali Bryant, Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Netflix
“Every last panel, every last speaker, they were so engaging…so receptive…breaking policy down…in a way that made sense to someone like myself, who normally is not in a room full of C-suite executives – and, I loved it.”
-Kelley L. Carter, Senior Entertainment Reporter at ESPN
